Step Up Girls is a group of 5th grade girls that are learning how to build positive self esteem, are stepping up to be role models to their peers, and gaining the tools needed to be leaders in the future.
Star Guides work as ambassadors for the school. They help new students when they arrive by showing them around the school, telling them about school procedures, and introducing them to their classmates.
The Bright Star Elementary school counseling program works with all students to help them reach their full potential with regards to academic achievement, emotional and social development, as well as career goals. The counseling program is developmental as well as preventive in it's structure to help students become lifelong learners and productive and well-adjusted adults of tomorrow.
